Is Company Culture a Competitive Advantage?
- March 2024 -

Compensation Connections Team:

Thanks again for taking the time to join the videoconference today!  It was a pleasure seeing y'all again!

Time ran out before we could go back to the "What should drive culture?" question - a) strategy or b) strategy and employees.  Like many other issues associated with culture, there is no "right or wrong" answer to this question...just opinions.

Our perspective is that strategy should be culture's primary (or exclusive) driver as strategy will always produce an attractive culture for most recruits and employees.  Click on the button labeled "Culture Change - A CEOs Perspective" below for more details.

You'll also find a button labeled "Is Company Culture a Strategic Advantage?" below.  Click it to get a PDF version of the deck we reviewed.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.  Also, check out our collection of informative white papers on our
Learn page!

Have a great week!
