Interpreting and Developing INSIGHT Skills
INSIGHT offers interpretive guidance in the way of expected behaviors for each of the eight skills measured. Our Development reports also offer activities that can help grow skills. These are captured by the image below - a snip from the Professionalism page in our development reports. Percentile scores are carried forward from the Profile for context.

Focused Behavioral Interview Questions
Leverage behavioral interview questions that come standard with INSIGHT's Selection report. Each of the eight measured skills are further defined with expected behaviors. Scales Meet or Exceed Professional Quality Standards
Each INSIGHT skill is measured by seven to ten items that work together like a team. Employee answers tend to be the same for each scale's items confirming a common underlying skill. Our Industrial/Organizational Psychologists made sure that each scale meets or exceeds professional reliability standards.
